RM9003BS / 9003BS single segment LED linear constant current control chip

RM9003BS single-channel LED constant current drive control chip can directly drive high-voltage LED light string and output current.

The external resistance is set to 5mA~80mA, and the output current is constant at the set value. The chip system has simple structure, few peripheral components and simple circuit.

The peripheral circuit is simple and has no magnetic elements.

Multi-chip parallel connection for high power application

Chip can share PCB board with LED.

The LED current can be set externally.

Chip application circuit has no EMI problem.

Built-in 500V high voltage MOS

The chip has over-temperature protection function.
